Vintage 70s Prairie Dress

A perfect retro dress for summer! This chic 1970s prairie dress features statement collar, contrast floral pattern and the sleeves and collar are trimmed with lace. There is no label to confirm but the material feels like a polycotton. Please note there is a slight mark at the side of the dress, but there is a lot of fabric in the skirt so in my opinion is barely noticeable when wearing as the pleats cover it. But please see pics :) I feel this would best fit a UK size 8-12 but for exact measurements below:
